1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the k3777 website accessible at https://k3777.io, including all associated pages, games, betting markets, and account management tools.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the k3777 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the k3777 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's k3777 Account at any given time, inclusive of real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback amounts, or other incentive-based credits applied to a Player's Account by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that the Company may require Players to complete before permitting withdrawals or continued platform access.
• "Taka" / "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all k3777 Account balances are denominated.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the k3777 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The k3777 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the k3777 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of k3777 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.

k3777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in Account suspension until verification is completed. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds — including deposits and any winnings — will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

To access real-money games and sports betting on the k3777 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a valid Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

• Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the k3777 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts (also referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your Account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify k3777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• k3777 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) held in the Account at the time of closure is returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
• You must update your Account information promptly if any registered details change. Maintaining false, outdated, or misleading information in your Account profile is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

k3777 may, at its discretion, require Players to complete a full KYC verification process before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

k3777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard.
• Deposits are credited to your k3777 Account balance in real time or within a few minutes of transaction confirmation by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.
• All payment methods used for deposits or withdrawals must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information held on your k3777 Account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• k3777 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which k3777 accepts no responsibility.
• k3777 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending the completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or review of compliance with applicable bonus terms.

All Account balances are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). k3777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If your payment provider processes a transaction in a currency other than BDT, any resulting conversion fees or exchange rate differences are your sole responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

k3777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per eligible Account, per household, and per device. Multiple claims of a welcome bonus using different accounts is prohibited.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. As a general guide: slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games contribute 10%; sports betting contributes 100% on settled bets with odds of 1.50 or greater. Specific promotions may apply different contribution rates.
• Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings have a maximum withdrawal cap unless otherwise stated. This cap will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited to your Account unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited.
• k3777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of amendment will be notified of any material changes that affect the wager already placed.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to pattern betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their Account suspended pending investigation.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the k3777 Platform are operated by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

• All random-outcome games on the k3777 Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness.

7 Responsible Gaming

k3777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes its duty of care toward Players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, further real-money play is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined duration, helping you stay aware of the time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your k3777 Account. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

8 Intellectual Property

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any k3777 content without the express prior written permission of the Company.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the k3777 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of Platform content.
• k3777 logos, trademarks, and trade names may not be used in any context — including on social media, promotional materials, or third-party websites — without the Company's prior written consent.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

k3777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://k3777.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• k3777 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, NID number, contact details, and payment information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• k3777 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with authorised game providers, payment processors, and fraud-prevention services strictly as required to operate the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit k3777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k3777 Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to access your Account.
• Operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false identity information.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known errors are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in card games, live dealer tables, or other multiplayer environments.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the k3777 Platform software or security systems.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by k3777.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

k3777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instruction from a payment provider.
• Instruction from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
• Detection of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and void winnings) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days. Where an Account is closed due to breach, k3777 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, account transactions, bonus calculations, or any other Platform matter, Players should follow this process:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed dispute report to k3777 Customer Support via live chat or by email at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Include your account username, the date and time of the event, the game or transaction reference number, and a clear description of the issue.

k3777's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, where those outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer operations, is final and binding. Disputes relating to payment transactions are subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

14 Amendments to These Terms

k3777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, k3777 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the k3777 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the k3777 entity is incorporated. Players access the k3777 Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction, including but not limited to the laws of Bangladesh.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as k3777 representing or warranting that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
